A couple of years ago a friend and I expanded our two-person lunches to four. Now three of the four guys regularly host.

There have been a few dramas. Mostly they pass. We are each grateful for the fellowship of other men, something we did not know how to seek out.

It is interesting that each of our spouses seems very supportive of this effort. It is kind. And I think it is wise - I know that each of us will be healthier and easier for having the friendship.
